SecureAlert is currently seeking an outstanding individual with significant personal objectives and a history of achievement for an accounts receivable position. 

 

Duties include:

 Weekly printing and mailing invoices. Weekly drafting customer accounts via internet ACH program. Daily processing credit card billing and credit card settlement including reconciliation to deposit. Converting sales orders received from fulfillment to invoices. Setting up all billing aspects for new customers and dealers. Monthly invoicing to dealers. Collection calls and/or letters to past due customers. Create new employees personnel files. Communicate benefit information to new employees. Act as secondary backup to receptionist To assist CFO and/or controller with any special projects. Other duties as required.

 

Requirements

 

?  Associates degree in accounting preferred ? including a clear understanding of the

?  Accounting process.

?  Proficient with excel and word.

?  Strong organizational skills.

?  A/R collection experience.

?  QuickBooks experience preferred.   

?  Strong financial and analytical skills.

?  Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

?  Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
