Salary: From 14.00 to 19.00 per hour

Job Description: Well established commercial sub contractor seeking candidate with 3- 5 years experience in full cycle accounts receivable. Company prefers construction related experience in prelien notices and lien releases. Will be responsible for account collection and must be comfortable doing this type of work. Will also handle inventory transaction processing, vendor invoice approval/coding for centralized A/P department. Qualified AR candidates must have strong communication and time management skills. Need to be a self- starter and show strong initiative with little supervision. Must know Word & Excel. Also use Microsoft Great Plains accounting software (not a requirement, but need to be familiar with some type of accounting software). Company offers full benefits- Health, Dental, Simple IRA
