Accounts Receivable Director

National medical supply distributor is  looking for a Director of Accounts Receivable in the Pelham, New York area.  This position implements policies and procedures to properly manage the company's Account Receivable portfolio.  Directs and coordinates activities of team members engaged in conducting credit evaluations and collecting customer accounts.  Responsible for ensuring all credit related customer inquiries are satisfied.  Reporting to top management status of accounts and recommendations for improvements.  High visibility position.

 

This position requires ten years experience in Credit and Collections, preferably in the health care industry, including at least four years in a management role, or the equivalent.  Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or the equivalent required.  Strong negotiation, communication, management, accounting and PC skills (Microsoft Office) a must.  Please forward salary expectations and resumes for consideration to nancy.mercado@henryschein.com   EOE
