Accounts Receivable Great Opportunity

Accounts Receivable   · Receives and reviews customer applications for establishing company credit lines for purchases
? Performs credit analysis and researches customer credit histories including reference checking
? Reviews customer accounts to ensure compliance with credit terms and prepares A/R status reports
? Performs audits and reviews of customer accounts to ensure accuracy of company records
? Conducts direct collections of past due accounts resolving payment problems with customers
? Reconciles invoice discrepancies and processes corrections, discounts, credits and other adjustments
? Prepares invoice and shipping documentation packages for large customer reconciliations
? Posts customer check payments to outstanding invoices on company accounting system

Sales Department Support

? Provides support to and coordinates customer account activities with inside/outside sales departments
? Conducts regular review meetings with Inside Sales Manager addressing over 60-day customer accounts
? Periodically updates sales staff on customer credit issues and important events and trends
? Makes regular log entries in online records concerning customer communications and collection activities
? Performs weekly reviews of ?Deposit Required Invoices? in company?s Genesis System
? Communicates to inside sales staff regarding new customer terms, credit holds and credit limit changes
? Publishes summary reports on problematic customer accounts and credit issues for management
