Accounts Receivable/Payable Clerk-A/P A/R

This is a full time position, $12-$14 hr with benefits located in Rancho Cucamonga, Ca. M-F, 8am-5pm 


Qualified candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of accounts receivable/payable records:

Review, monitor and reconcile all reports pertaining to billing and revenue flow

Ensure timely preparation and input of all financial transactions

Ensure timely monthly, quarterly and annual close

Ensure that all accounts are regularly and properly reconciled

Maintain A/R, A/P accounting records

Work with operations to resolve A/R, A/P issues

Provide management with financial information by researching and analyzing accounts from the general ledger

Make suggestions for workflow improvements

Special Projects - Accounting System conversions

Qualifications
*Must have 3-4 years of accounting related experience
*Strong excel skills
*Good oral and written communication skills
*Attention to detail
*Ability to multi task and prioritize work
