Accounts Receivable Project Coordinator

 

Job Responsibilities ? Energetic, detail oriented individual to assist with Accounts Receivable functions.  The ideal candidate should have strong oral and written communication skills, proven time-management and multi-tasking skills, work well under pressure, and have advanced working knowledge of Microsoft? products, and Internet based products.

 

Proficiency in 10-Key and typing speed of at least 45 wpm are required. The candidate must have at least an intermediate knowledge of both MS Excel? and MS Outlook? to be considered for this position.  Strong research and analytical abilities are also key requirements for this position.

 

Education:
- Associates or Bachelors Degree in Accounting or similar discipline, preferred OR 1-3 years of equivalent experience

- Great Plains? accounting software experience is a plus
