Accounts Receivable Representative

Temp to Hire position open for A/R Representative for growing, stable corporate office Pelham area.

 

Accounts Receivable Representative: primary responsibilites will be to process credit card payments and requests for company, run reports, match bank reports, and research and resolve discrepancies.  Use accounting system software.  Must have excellent computer skills with Excel and MS applications in addition to great communication skills and ability to interact with vendors, customers, and all internal staff and management.

 

Requirements: Basic accounting knowledge in addition to at least 1-2 years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience. HS Diploma or equivalent required, 1-2 years accounting experience required. Degreed candidates would have numerous opportunities to advance within the department.
