Job Opening: Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Job Responsibilities: Significant customer and supplier contact - notification of balances due. Internal notification of unpaid balances due to internal processing errors Cash handling and application, as well as negotiating settlements Report writing ? consolidating information for internal and external status updates Work with internal and external legal counsel to maximize collection efforts Supervision of staff analysts

 

Job Requirements: 5+ Accounts Receivable, Collections, Customer Service experience Relevant Grocery/Wholesale industry experience Bachelors degree. Accounting or Finance preferredExcellent Microsoft Office skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Self motivated ? attention to detail Problem solving and assertiveness abilities
