Construction company in Hialeah is seeking an accounts receivable/billing clerk. Typical duties will include matching, batching and coding invoices, data entry, maintaining cash receipts and applications, account reconciliations, processing bills, preparing journal entries of adjustments, as well as communicating with customers.All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. All applicants applying for Canadian job openings must be authorized to work in Canada.

Qualifications :
Qualified candidates mush have 2 or more years of experience as well as be fully bi-lingual (English and Spanish). Candidates must have a strong knowledge in MS Excel and be familiar with A1A Billing. Canidates must have excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills.
