Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist

We are Hammer Communications, a full service advertising and marketing firm that specializes in the real estate market working to provide clients with the most comprehensive marketing solutions available.  We also partner with our interactive company, Hammer Interactive and our design company, Hammer Interiors, in order to present clients with a full arsenal of internet and multi-media solutions, as well as sales center and model homes design.

We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable and Billing Specialist to perform the daily accounting activities of the Accounting Department.  Duties include preparing and posting daily bank deposits, producing billing invoices and statements, collections, as well as preparing weekly and monthly accounting reports.  A high level of proficiency in accounting concepts, practices, and procedures is expected.

Must hold a Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or related field, with 2-4 years of equivalent experience in accounts receivable and invoicing.  Ideal candidate possesses effective time management skills, ability to multi-task, as well as possess strong communication and problem solving skills.  Must be detail orientated with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
