Accounts Receivable/Payable

If you are great at multi-tasking and looking to be part of a cohesive team, this is the opportunity you have been waiting for!

Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Account Reconciliations
Posting to General Ledger
Cash disbursement
Matching invoices
Check preparation/printing
preparing bank deposits
preparation & submittal of payroll taxes
Responsible for establishing and managing the credit limits of customers
Billing
Assist with month-end closings
Research and resolve customer inquiries or disputes
Credit collection with strong negotiation skills
Running reports
Filing and data entry
Proficient in various accounting software (QuickBooks, Peachtree, JD Edwards.)
