Accounts Receivable, Payable, Payroll, Cash Applications

Our company has provides quality craftsmanship specializing in custom residential and commercial architectural woodwork. A company with expertise in traditional oriental millwork.We are seeking a professional to provide the following:

 



? Basic accounting and bookkeeping functions for the corporation, including the preparation of monthly reports of revenues and expenses, bill payment, vendor relations, benefits and budget management.

?Accounts Payable, Receivable, Payroll, Collections 

? Administrative assistance and support to the VP of finance 

? Administration of office file management

 

 

  Good interpersonal skills in addition to technical skills, as the position is the corporations liaison to business

 partners, lenders, vendors, auditors, consultants and other development professionals.

 

Minimum qualifications:

Fluency in QuickBooks, Excel, Word, Adobe, Power Point and photo software

Bachelors degree or 1-5 years experience in related field preferred.

Have a good understanding of basic accounting.
