Accounts receivable/Accounts payable specialist

Fremont CA based AC/DC power Supply Company in search of a full Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable specialist. Successful candidate will be professional with  1-3 years of accounting experience.

Candidate should have:

?  Able to handle multiple tasks

?  Microsoft excel and word processing, knowledge Sage BusinessWork Preferred

 

Responsibilities:

?  Code data for input into system

?  Audit invoices against PO and research discrepancies

?  Reconcile general ledger accounts with various registers

?  Bank reconciliation

?  Apply cash receipt to customer invoice

?  Collection

?  Assist vendor and customer

?  Month end close and accruals

?  Assist with financial reporting process

?  Assist with audit request list

 

BA or equivalent in accounting.
