Acquisition Management Analyst 4

Serves as a focal point for a wide variety of issues.  Review all incoming documents, determines actions required; identifies potential problems and work with the appropriate customer element to resolve issues; monitor timely completion of tasks.  Must be self relient, capable of working a wide latitude to exercise independent judgement to accomplish work in accordance with established Policies, Regulations, and Procedures.  Analyze and interpret complex data/policies, devise options for addressing them, and help bring them to successful resolution. In-depth research and analysis on potential provider companies and their principle officers providing solid assessments of candidates and maintain the background files of on-going cases.  Prepare all contractual agreements for presentation to senior staff members.  Monitor financial agreements and payments to providers.  Manage the operating budget; coordinate and prepare office responses to budget and program requirements.

TS/SCI with FULL SCOPE POLYGRAPH required.

Position is located within Northern Virginia


The following are the Basic Qualifications for this position:

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years experience Additional experience will be considered in lieu of degree
TS/SCI with FULL SCOPE POLYGRAPH
Demonstrated ability to write and research
Operational experience
Knowledge of Specialized customer Databases
Knowledge of BASIS
Budget tracking
Ability to perform detailed Internet research
Ability to work with all levels of an organization

 
Experience in the following areas is an asset:

Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Knowledge of Lotus Notes.
