Administrative Assistant

Job Description: BearingPoint, Inc. (NYSE-BE) is one of the world's largest business consulting and systems integration firms dedicated to aligning business and systems to empower Global 2000 companies and government organizations.

- Administrative support for Public Services Controller and limited support for two immediate senior staff
- Coordinate weekly staff meetings
- Track open/closed assignments for Controller’s immediate staff
- Prepare power point presentations
- Work on various analysis, cash receipts, reporting, etc.
- Maintain some recurring reports on various applications
- Work special projects as needed
- Manage Outlook and answer phones

Basic Qualifications:
1-3 years experience in the administrative field.

Preferred Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Multi-task oriented with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexible team player; interpersonal skills and ability to deal with all levels of personnel
