Provide administrative assistance for leaders within the Enterprise Procurement function.Prepares special reports, excel spreadsheets, complex correspondence and records, following up on pending matters.
Create, audit and distribute Power Point presentations for various audiences.
Performs full clerical, administrative and general office duties for Procurement leadership team. Duties include but are not limited to making copies, creating filing systems, filing documents, vacation tracking, system access requests, building access requests, etc.
Receives and screens telephone calls, letters and/or visitors.
Answers routine questions and furnishes information.
Schedules appointments and makes arrangements for meetings, conferences and travel.
Organize and maintain reports, files, correspondence, expense reports and other related documents.
Handles highly confidential information and files. Will communicate with individuals at all levels in the organization, industry and community.
Order office supplies.
Perform backup administrative assistance for other Product Supply functions.
Other duties as assigned.Qualifications/ Education/Experience/Skills:
High School Diploma required; Bachelors or Associates degree a plus.
5 to 8 years of administrative experience supporting multiple leaders.
Demonstrated ability to produce quality, timely and accurate work.
Ability to maintain confidential information
Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate a high degree of tact, discretion and diplomacy.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail, organization and prioritization abilities required.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited direction.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint products. Access experience a plus.

Equipment Operation:
Must be able to use standard office equipment including personal computer.

Physical Demands:
Must be able to sit at a desk for extended periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds periodically.
