Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

Ajilon Office is working with an accounting firm in their search for a professional and energetic Administrative Assistant/ Reception. 
Primary responsibility is front desk receptionist.
Duties to include answering and screening telephone calls, answer routine client questions, call clients to confirm appointments and obtain confidential information.
Meet and greet clients in a warm and friendly manner.
Daily monitoring and maintaining the company calendar with the partner assistant in order to effectively communicate with clients and staff the ongoing availability of each individual in order to service the client?s needs.
Preparation and assistance with excel spreadsheet analysis to provide administrative support to staff and partners.

?  Processing and printing of accountant prepared financial statements and tax returns and assistance with and coordination of final packages to be submitted to the client and various third parties.

?  Complete other administrative duties as needed.
