Administrative / Customer Service Manager

Miami-based publishing/exhibition/assocition is looking for an experienced administrative professional to perform all order entry and respond to customer service requests. The person we seek will be extremely organized and will want to implement new ideas to improve efficiency.



Tasks include entering new orders, responding to customer phone calls and answering emails, daily balancing, invoicing and other related duties. Some accounting background would be a plus.



The successful candidate will have at least two years of office administrative experience. The candidate must be an enthusiastic self-starter who shows initiative, creativity and diligence in a small company environment. Must be able to juggle multiple tasks and meet daily deadlines. The candidate must be have excellent Word and Excel skills and be able to type a minimum of 50 wpm.



The candidate must speak, understand, and write English perfectly. Proficiency of spoken and written Spanish is also required.



Salary is comisurate with experience. Company provides parking allowance, paid health and dental insurance, paid vacation and 401(k) matching.
