Job Summary
Work under the direction of the Accounts Receivable Manager, with his/her primary function being preparation of invoices on government and commercial contracts. Daily Interaction with Contracts, Finance, and the Program Control staff, in reviewing costs incurred on billable contracts. As well as assisting in the support of customer questions and internal and external audit requests.


Job Accountabilities
'Timely generation of invoices on government and commercial contracts
'Assist in the resolution of queries from internal and external customers
'Prepare bi-weekly invoice reconciliation, from Prism to SAP
'Prepare month-end billing reports for Accounts Receivable Manager
'Assist Accounts Receivable Manager, with other duties, as assigned

Minimum Education
Associates Degree or equivalent work experience

Minimum Experience
'1-3 years related experience
'Ability to work in a small team environment
'Strong organizational, research, analytical, and verbal skills required
