Americas Compliance Director

Manage a team of 4 direct reports and 8 total people in the Americas region toward the goal of accelerating the close of customer audits. The key metrics for this position include collections as a percentage of audit findings, average audit age and ability to provide operational value add to other BEA organizations. This position will report to the VP of Global Compliance. This position has high visibily and exposure to senior BEA Management in nearly every organization. Additionally, a substantial amount of time will be spent discussing audit and finding related issues with key customers. Individual must be able to organize complex licensing and business issues into clear messages for both sets of aformentioned audiences.
