Analyst, Co-pack Accounting

The Co-pack Accounting Analyst position reports to the Co-pack Accounting Supervisor. This position is responsible for administering raw materials orders and receipts and maintaining complete and accurate inventory records. ?The Co-pack Accounting Analyst works closely with the PepsiCo Global Procurement group, suppliers and co-packers to resolve issues related to inventory, payments, and other disputes.

Principal Accountabilities:
?Administration of co-packers raw material purchases and receipts.
?Maintaining complete and accurate raw materials inventory records.
?Preparation of period journal entries.
?Performing periodic inventory reconciliation and account analyses. ?Resolving related issues and reconciling items.
?Work closely with co-packers/suppliers to resolve issues related to payment and inventory discrepancies.
?Assistance with periodic Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
?Work with Global Procurement to ensure accurate and updated raw material standard cost.
?Perform physical inventory of raw materials and finished goods at co-packer and warehouse facilities.

?Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting. CPA preferred. ?Experience in Public Accounting preferred.
?Cost Accounting experience.
?Experience in using Oracle or other enterprise financial systems.
?Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft office suite.
?Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
?Individual who has the ability to set their own priorities and work independently.
?Ability to quickly learn business processes and key drivers and translate those requirements into appropriate information systems activities.
?A proven ability to work well in a team environment across functions.
?Customer service oriented.
