We currently have an opportunity for a results-oriented Sr. Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis in the Nashville, TN area. As a Sr. Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis, you will be responsible for:
- Prepares and submits monthly forecasts. Also, prepares monthly analysis of actual results vs. forecast and plan.
- Performs and coordinates project based financial analysis and modeling to support profitability and productivity projects.
- Provide analysis of financial performance, cash flow, risks & opportunities, and recommendations for corrective action.
- Prepare and submit quarterly and annual incentive plan calculations.
- Prepares and coordinates the annual Business Plan cycle review.



BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field with 4-7+ years of experience;
MBA/MS degree in Finance, Accounting or other related field with 2-5+ years of experience. MBA strongly preferred.


- Exceptional analytical skills, experience in financial forecasting and expertise in the development of financial models.
- Exceptional communication skills including influencing others and presentation skills.
- Strong PC skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.
- Experience with HFM a plus.
