Asset Management/Cost Estimating Analyst

Key Role: Support a team and assist staff with military and civil agency organization on critical installation management and real estate issues. Apply decision-making criteria and economic and business analysis to infrastructure issues. Conduct fieldwork and hands-on assessments, as necessary, to assist with the development of facilities and economic models to support civil and military real estate government agencies. Perform cost estimating and analysis for real estate, asset management, construction, or engineering related projects across military or civil agency organizations. Support Capital Asset Management programs in the San Antonio TX market across other industries, including transportation, energy, or environmental.



Basic Qualifications: 

-3 years of experience with military and civil agency installation management, asset management, and economic analysis, or engineering, construction, or facilities cost estimating.

-Experience with pro forma work preferred

-Experience with managing client assignments and sub-tasks, technical and functional content, budgets, and staff resources

-Ability to maintain and expand client relationships through the delivery of high-quality work

-BA or BS degree in a related field required

 

Additional Qualifications:

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills required

-AACE, AACEI, or a related Certification with Cost Estimating a plus
