 Job Description

Asset Utility Analyst position available in the Corporate Accounting Department of our Americas Division Headquarters in Charlotte, NC. This position works within our Fixed Assets department and strong MS Access skills are required!

 

Recipe to Succeed:
Prepare, maintain and report Committed Capital. 
Work with Asset Manager and Assistant Controller to report Budgeted, Forecasted and Committed Capital. 
Work with Sector staff to ensure correct business processes are being followed. 
Follow up with field personnel to ensure supporting documentation is received in a timely manner. 
Aid in the preparation of Corporate Cash Flow schedule. 
Maintain asset-clearing accounts. 
Submit quarterly reports to the field. 
Assist in providing other ad hoc reports, account reconciliation and analyses at the request of management. 
Prepare and report special projects as needed.

 

Necessary Ingredients:

 


Bachelor?s Degree required. 


Accounting, Business or Finance preferred. 


2+ years experience in a deadline driven, team environment. 


Ability to adjust to changing priorities. 


Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. 


Strong analytical skills. 


Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks/priorities. 


Excel and Access experience required, SAP skills a plus. 


Fixed Asset experience preferable.
