Assistant Apartment Property Manager

The Assistant Property Manager will help assist and maintain property operations and sales. Responsibilities include attracting residents; establishing residency; maintaining physical operations; maintaining financial status; identifying current and future community requirements; resolving resident dissatisfactions; securing community complex; preparing community operations reports; updating job knowledge and enhancing the community reputation.

 

Qualifications:Ability to assist with implementing strategic marketing and sales strategiesAbility to establish a positive, productive working relationship with the community residents, staff members and vendors Ability to assist with resident relationsA/R and A/P experienceLeasing and or Sales experienceFinancial reporting experience
