Prestigious local Business Management firm seeks Assistant Bookkeeper for their West Los Angeles office. This firm is one of the oldest and most prestigious business management firms and specializes in clients in the TV / Film and Music industries.

CRITICAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Handle all aspects of accounts payable

Bank reconciliations

Assist bookkeeper / account managers with day to day administration of client accounts

Speak directly with clients, vendors, staff, etc

Payroll and payroll tax preparation for clients and staff

REQUIREMENTS

1+ year of C.P.A. firm or business management firm experience ***MANDATORY***

Ability to interact with clients

Experience with client Accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and payroll tax.

Salary will be based on experience

DATAFACTION or ZENITH a plus
