Assistant Controller/Accounting Manager

This person will be responsible for managing the monthly financial close and financial reporting process. This person will participate in preparing and maintaining the Clients internal and financial reporting controls. This person will ensure accurate accounting processes in regard to the companys revenue and expense cycles. This includes the accurate and timely billing of all invoices and the accurate and timely payment of all Client obligations. This person will be responsible for maintaining the accounting and fixed asset software systems. This role will manage all aspects of the monthly financial close, prepare monthly management financial reporting package and executive reporting summary schedules, and review revenue and expense schedules for accuracy. This person will maintain financial policies and procedures, enhance and enforce internal control system, and manage all tax withholding and reporting. This person will manage the accurate and timely billings of all invoices and collection of cash receipts, manage the accurate and timely payment of all vendor invoices, and maintain the Solomon accounting and Best Fixed Asset systems. This person will be responsible for the development and coaching of staff. This person will also perform other duties and accountabilities as assigned.

A BS in Accounting is required. Any additional education and/or relevant experience would be beneficial.
