Assistant Controller to Controller Level position - Dynamic Public Company

Dynamic Public Company in Pharmacuetical Industry is in need of an Assistant Controller to Controller level Professional for their growing company.

Incumbent will be responsible for handling day to day accounting functions, financial statement preparation, and handle SEC reporting.  Assume as much responsibility from the CFO as possible. 

Requirements:

BS Accounting, CPA 

8-12 years of experience

Recent SEC experience is a MUST
