Position Summary:
Leads the total company financial forecast process working closely with various stakeholders in the Division and Corporate groups. Coordinates activities within the Corporate Financial Planning team. Responsible for managing one direct report.Leads the total company financial forecast consolidation process working closely with stakeholders in the Division and Corporate groups. Coordinates activities within the Corporate Financial Planning team to ensure effective allocation of team resources against forecast, close, and board related activities.Supports quarter close process including reporting requirements to the Executive Committee, Investor Relations, and General Accounting.Supports the preparation of the CFO presentations to the Board of Directors.Sub-process owner for the internal controls self-assessment of the financial forecasting process.Proactively initiates and implements process and reporting improvements. Leads Corporate Payout AnalysisLeads ad-hoc requests from the Executive Committee to provide insights on driver?s of future financial performance. Manages and develops one direct report. This includes creating objectives and development plans and driving employee performance thru effective feedback and coaching.Promotes teamwork and employee development within the entire department. Total Net Sales of $4,600MM and Pre-tax profit of approximately $700MM


Required Qualifications:
6+ years of professional work experience in Finance and Accounting with emphasis in close, forecast, and management reporting activities.
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
MBA or other certification such as CPA or CMA preferred.
Prior people management experience preferred
Strong leadership skills. Ability to influence and drive change.
Well organized with ability to prioritize work of self and team.
Solid understanding of US GAAP and thorough knowledge of financial reporting.
Solid interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
