Assistant Vice President, Managed Solutions (IWM)

TechSource, a leader in the placement of Information Technology, Engineering, and Executive Business professionals, is seeking an Assistant Vice President (AVP), for a leading international Brokerage firm's Managed Solutions division, based currently in Princeton, NJ. This is a Full-Time, direct opportunity with our client and will include a generous base salary with full bonus program and benefits package.

 

Candidates will be responsible for fthe inancial reporting of select IWM products, which includes Private Equity, Exchange Funds, Consults, MLUA, PIA, MFA, SPA, and MLAP, specifically:

 P&L and B/S reporting requirements Produce revenue/expense/headcount forecasts Analysis and Reconciliations Invoice coordination and expense research Sarbanes-Oxley compliance Rule 404 requirements -- Coordinate and communicate with internal/external entities Review all metric reports and perform ad-hoc analytics to respond to areas of concern Work with Planning & Analysis group and businesses to provide insight and analytics Gain an understanding of the managed account business to enhance value of reporting

 

Qualifications include:

 BS degree in AccountingCPA or MBA is a plus3 years experience for a Big 4 Accounting firm or major financial services organizationSolid analytical and organization skills as well good communication skillsSolid software technology skills with MS Office Suite, Oracle, Hyperion, Clarity, and MIDAS
