We are currently seeking Associates to join our Chicagoland practice. This position will integrate seamlessly into a variety of client internal consulting engagements throughout the Chicagoland area. Travel outside of the Chicagoland area is not required. The Associate will assist clients on either a special project or interim need basis in their functional areas of discipline.

The successful candidate will have a positive, professional attitude and will be able to work as a team player. The nature of the work will require that the candidate demonstrate initiative and responsibility and be flexible/adaptive to fluid business environments.

We are seeking dynamic and highly motivated Accounting, Finance and Audit professionals with some of the following experience:

?Sarbanes Oxley documentation, testing or remediation
?Internal audit
?SEC reporting
?Restatement of prior year financials
?Accounting Policy/FASB research or implementation.
?GAAP accounting, consolidations, monthly close
?SAP, Hyperion, Oracle or Peoplesoft proficiency and/or implementation

Professional Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a CPA or CIA with a mix of public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and private industry experience. Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience. 4-year bachelor degree required. Excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills; attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and demonstrate a sense of urgency. Ability to adapt to new environments quickly and create improved efficiency.
