 Position Summary:

 

We need a top-notch candidate who has an extremely solid background in Bookkeeping with 5 to 10 years related experience. Must have solid exposure to Bank Rec?s, Financial Statement preparations, Corporate Tax Returns and an exceptional analytical ability.

 

 

Technical Skills must include:  Account ReconciliationJournal EntryCorporate Tax ReturnsSpecial Projects as NeededTrial BalanceAssist in Month End ClosingsAccount & Variance Analysis G/L Experience

 

Abilities: Must have a high attention to detail, extremely analytical while having the ability to multi-taskNeeds to be flexible and work overtime when neededProficient knowledge and utilization of software programs including: Quickbooks, Peachtree and ExcelClear communication skills both verbal and written ? Must enjoy working with our clients

? Be a Self starter who can work independently and be a team player

? Must be able to work with multiple staff members & prioritize assignments

? Be aggressive, highly motivated and goal oriented

? Possess professional etiquette, including patience

? Proficient in Word & Excel

 

Education:

Associate degree preferred in Accounting
