Associate Credit Correspondent

In this role you will be responsible for the daily processing or correspondence, file retention, and handling of routine customer inquiries and requests for Publication accounts. Specific duties include preparing file documentation for agency placement, faxing invoices and correspondence to customers, preparing check deposits, processing credit inquiries and reference checks, preparig account reconciliations, miscellaneous duties as assigned, and assiting the Team Leader with special projects. A small portfolio of accounts may be assigned for collection follow-up responsibilities.

High School graduate or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal skills
Excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of Lawson software helpful
Microsoft Word and Excel required
