Associate Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:

Reconcile all assigned payroll accounts and assist with investigation of payroll transactions affecting other accounts.  Analyze all expatriate expenses and provide detailed schedule to management.  Administer credit card payment to selected vendor for the Computer Loan program.  Provide payroll reports and analysis requested from outside departments including various tax request, expense questions, and budget requests.  Analyze worker?s compensation codes utilized within our payroll system to ensure proper classification resulting in an accurate premium.  Perform periodic internal audits of payroll processes and make recommendations for improvements.  Assist with internal audits of employee expense reports and P-Card statements.

 

Qualifications:

BS in Accounting required.  Minimum two years of account

reconciliation or analysis experience.  Good communication skills required (oral and written).
