Exciting opportunity to work in Sales and Administration Department of a leader in the haircare industry.

 

In this position you will be responsible for providing a variety of administrative functions related to supporting the internal and external sales activities. 

 

 

1.

Design the bi-monthly promotional allocation sell-in spreadsheet collecting forecast information from Brand Managers for open stock promotions that were not allocated or presold.  Update and distribute all promotional sell-through reports on a weekly basis to management and field staff.

 

2.

Create allocations for bimonthly promotions and distribute to the BDMs.  Enter initial promotional allocations quantities into AS-400.

 

3.

Release bi-monthly over forecast requests from promotional hold as required.

 

4.

Manage BPP process, audit, tracking expenses and deductions.  Prepare and issue tracking reports on a monthly basis; work with Business Development Managers to forecast year-end accruals.

 

5.

Update Distributor Salon Sales data base on an on-going basis.  Compile and distribute reports.

 

6.

Assist with the preparation and execution of annual contracts and geographic maps.

 

7.

Compile and distribute weekly sales bulletin and sales task tracking ? Info to Go

 

8.

Maintain and issue various reports as assigned; i.e. Velocity Report, Daily Sales Activity Report, MTD Sales Report.

 

9.

Maintain and process chain reimbursements for Regional and Network chain program.

 

10.

Update and distribute the Sales Operations Manual as needed.

 

11.

Maintain domestic distributor territories on Map Point and prepare maps as necessary.

 

12.

GPS Power User ? acts as a liaison between IT and field sales staff for the Graphical Performance Series (GPS) sales tracking system. 

 

 

 

 

 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

 

Bachelor degree in business or related field.  Minimum 2-3 years related experience in business management, preferably in support of manufacturing and distributor sales. 

 

Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.

 

Strong aptitude towards knowledge and understanding of new software systems. 

 

Excellent communication skills and capacity to interact with all levels of employees and management, distributors, stylists and consumers.
