Associate Vendor Analyst

Associate Vendor Analyst in our District Accounting Center (DAC) Corporate headquarters in Orange. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
Provide support and information to Branches, Corporate and DAC Team members to achieve accurate and timely payment to vendors and invoicing to customers. The A/P and A/V Analyst provides reports and tools to better support payment to Volt Vendors, and where applicable Billing to Volt Customers. This position may require contact with Vendors, Customers, Branch Management.



Requirements:
Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, customer service skills. Ability to manage time effectively, to demonstrate strong organizational skills and to handle multiple priorities. Alpha/Numeric data entry, MS Office, Networked PC System, Web, General Office Equipment, Peoplesoft.
