Assurance Senior Manager

Job Description -- The Audit (assurance) Senior Manager will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the delivery of high quality services to top tier Technology, Information/Communications & Entertainment (TICE) clients in our Assurance and Business Advisory Services (ABAS) practice in our Raleigh office. The candidate will be expected to proficiently utilize PricewaterhouseCoopers' audit methodologies, including risk assessment, engagement planning, analytical procedures, developing recommendations to enhance shareholder value, and reviews of internal controls. Managers oversee multiple relationships, ensure client satisfaction through high quality service deliverables, and continue to develop industry and technical expertise through written reports and management presentations. Managers will be expected to share ideas with other staff and support critical reasoning with proper firm and professional standards. Specific responsibilities include: Research and resolution of SEC issues and implementation of technical standards, plan and supervise annual audits and quarterly reviews, coordination with internal audit departments, exceptional project management and recruitment/retention/development of staff.
