About Us:
Our client is a regional accounting firm in the Merrimack Valley, with a proven track record that offers a full range of audit, tax, financial and wealth management services to clients who range from small individual owned businesses to SEC corporations.
 
About the Position:
They are currently seeking Auditors at the Manager to Partner level and Tax Accountants at the Senior to Manager level. Both positions require recent public accounting experience.

The responsibilities for the Audit position include:
* Audit, review and compilation engagements
* Financial statement preparation
* Supervision of audit staff
* Complex audits for clients in a variety of industries
* SEC, non-profit, ERISA, construction, manufacturing and real estate audits

Qualified candidates must have at least 7 years experience in public accounting, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a CPA certification. Experience with SEC, non-profit, ERISA, construction, manufacturing or real estate audits is a plus.

The responsibilities for the Tax position include:
* Review and preparation of tax returns
* Tax planning
* Tax research
* Tax compliance
* Supervision of tax staff
* Multi-state tax returns

Qualified candidates must have at least 5 years experience in public accounting, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, preferably a Master's degree in Taxation and a CPA certification. Experience with multi-state tax returns is a plus.
 
Location:
Their office is located in the Merrimack Valley.
