Audit Manager & Sr. Auditors
AUDIT MANAGER
Manage several audit jobs simultaneously while reporting to partner/principal and while supervising senior and staff auditors. Typical audit clients are state and local governments, quasi-governmental organizations, non-profits, and a few commercial entities.
Expected to keep current with professional literature ? FASB, GASB, SAS, etc. Also expected to lead periodic in-house training sessions for seniors and staff auditors.
Assist principals/partners in marketing the firm by attending presentations and writing proposals. Also expected to be active in professional organizations ? State CPA society, eg. Will occasionally assist in recruiting staff and seniors by visiting universities, interviewing, etc.
Required: CPA certificate. Other qualifications a plus, but not required.
At least 4 years experience with a CPA firm performing audits.
Home office in Washington, DC
Note: We are also looking Sr. Auditors .
We will consider reimbursing relocation costs.
