Audit Senior Associate, Financial Institutions

Background/Work Experience Required:
The ideal candidate will have experience within a Public Accounting firm, and have expertise in all aspects of external audit. To be considered, candidates should have:

? Minimum of 3-6 years experience in Public Accounting
? Solid understanding of audit and attest services in any of the following areas: financial statement audit, regulatory compliance, due diligence and structuring, process and controls, or assertions and agreements
? General knowledge of FASB regulations, and GAAP
? Demonstrated progress toward obtaining CPA certification
? A Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or closely related field; 150 credits for exam eligibility.
? Ability to travel on a limited basis
? Desire to work in the Financial Institution sector

Additional Experience Preferred but not required:
? Audit exposure in Financial Institutions

Interpersonal Skills/Characteristics:
? Must have the ability to perform independently and respond to tight deadlines
? Must have the ability to consult effectively and become recognized as a valued resource both by clients and within the Firm
? Demonstrates the highest ethical and professional standards as outlined by FASB and the Firm
