Within our Cleveland, Ohio, Assurance Practice we are actively seeking individuals to work with our clients on a variety of compliance areas and recommending opportunities for improvement in controls. Client exposure in dealerships, education (higher ed and K-12), financial institutions, governmental, healthcare and human services, manufacturing and distribution, real estate and construction, and/or service related industries are ideal for the types of clients we service. Positions are available throughout the Firm, and are subject to change regularly.

AUDIT SENIOR ( AUDIT IN-CHARGE )

We are actively seeking an Audit Senior ( Audit In-charge ), you will apply your understanding of audit theories and procedures on client engagements, identify and resolve client issues, assist managers in developing ideas to help clients with operational and control opportunities, as well assisting with staff development through reviewing staff work, offering constructive feedback and identifying areas of development. Project management responsibilities include managing time in relation to the engagement budget, as well as identifying new or expanded business opportunities.

Qualifications:Bachelors degree in accounting or related course study CPA or CPA eligible 2+ years of recent audit experience in public accounting Experience supervising staff on engagements Prior experience in the Manufacturing & Distribution, or Healthcare industry preferred Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team Demonstrated problem solving and project management skillsAudit Staff ( Assurance Staff )

We are actively seeking an Audit Satff ( Assurance Staff ) member to join our team as well. Our Audit Staff understands and applies audit theories and procedures, identifies and resolves audit issues, completes tasks to expand accounting and auditing knowledge, establishes a network with peers for future practice development opportunities and develops relationships with clients.

Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Accounting or related course study CPA preferred 1-2 years audit experience in public accounting Prior experience auditing in the Manufacturing & Distribution industry preferred Professional image and positive attitude Ability to organize work effectively and meet deadlines Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Proficient with basic audit software applications and appropriate tax applications Prior tax experience strongly preferredPlease apply online at:
