Audit Supervisor/Manager - Public Accounting

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for an excellent career opportunity as we expand our Audit Services Group in the Reading and Lancaster offices.? Candidates should have strong skills in accounting, auditing, and financial analysis, as well as excellent communication skills.

?

In this position you will develop and maintain productive relationships with client management.? You will perform and supervise accounting and auditing procedures with an emphasis on quality standards and timely completion, and you will coordinate multiple engagements of varying complexity.? Additionally, you will understand the client?s industry in order to analyze problems and recommend solutions.

?

The ideal candidate will possess an undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting or other appropriate academic field, and at least 5 years of recent public accounting experience.? (Big 4 Experience a Plus.)? CPA preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of current accounting practices and procedures, as well as strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively interface with all levels of clients, co-workers and outside business contacts.? Organizational and computer skills are necessary for success.? We work with Microsoft software products as well as specialized accounting and auditing programs.
