Job Description:
As part of the General Services team, the Supervisor will be responsible for:
-Providing timely, high quality client service that meets or
exceeds client expectations.

-Keeping lines of communication open with staff and clients.

-Leading engagement team and preparing end-of-engagement
evaluations for staff.

-Monitoring and adhering to work plan schedules on each assignment.

-Supervising engagement team as needed.

-Anticipating and addressing client concerns and solving
problems as they arise.

-Recognizing and informing senior management of opportunities
to increase level and types of services to clients.

-Keeping abreast of latest developments as they affect GAAP
and the Firm?s standards and policies.

-Ensuring professional development through ongoing education
and obtaining additional certifications as appropriate.

Qualifications:
To be considered, candidates should have:
Minimum of three years in public accounting. A proven record of simultaneously managing multiple projects and engagement teams for various clients. A Bachelor?s degree in Accounting.
Ability to travel (estimated to be 15% or less).

Additional Experience Preferred but not Required:
CPA certification or demonstrated progress toward achieving CPA certification. Equal Opportunity Employer
