POSITION SUMMARY

The BAS Senior Manager will work closely with senior managers, directors and partners on all phases of projects. In addition you will be responsible for all planning, coordination and integration activities across the various project teams or other business consulting assignments. This position reports to the BAS Partner-In-Charge.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to effectively manage teams in both structured and unstructured client environments
- Skill and complete confidence interacting with C-level client contacts
- On-going management of a business process management service line that necessities both internal (with other service lines, sales and marketing) and external (client-facing, industry events and thought leadership) network
- Further demonstrate thought leadership through the ongoing development of service line offerings
- Training of internal resources in business process management methodologies and practices
- Provide strategic input on service line
- Coaching, mentoring and performance evaluation of management and junior staff
- Cross-selling and delivery outside of the service line in areas as specified

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- BS or BA degree required, preferably in engineering or business administration.
- MBA or equivalence desirable
- Experience in a professional services firm executing business and technology initiatives such as system/software selection, RFP development and advisory, technology effectiveness, data integration, operational process improvement, service level objectives/agreements (SLO's/SLA's), quality assurance and management
- Eight to Ten years of hands-on information technology implementation experience in areas such as ERP, SDLC, Systems/Network Infrastructure, Security, with a majority of the experience in leadership management positions
- Significant business development and client retention experience a must
- BPM and Project Management training experience
- Strong technology skills required in the areas of technology process ?best practices? (CMMi, ITIL, ITSM, Six Sigma, TQM). Ability to leverage, compare and contrast leading industry technologies and tools a plus.
- Comprehensive understanding of technology tools and trends
- Marketing, Sales, Finance and Customer Service interactions
- Deep project management skills and thorough understanding of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) a must. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project management certification or training desired.
- Skill in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Sharepoint
- M&A integration experience desired
- Experience with Client billing software
- Ability to effectively navigate and execute within primarily matrixed client environments
- Ability to operate strategically and deliver tactically
- Demonstrated ability to influence decision makers
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
