Job Description:
Law firm has immediate opening for a Billing Coordinator WHO HAS LEGAL BILLING EXPERIENCE! THIS IS A SWING SHIFT POSITION! You will be responsible for performing billing clerical duties including, but not limited to: receiving, processing and printing Billing Summary Reports (BSR). Responsibilities: Processing and printing bills, verifying the description and dollar amounts for accuracy to ensure compliance with clients' billing protocols; Balancing billing worksheets on a monthly basis and comparing final copies of the bills against the accounting system, ensuring accuracy of dates; Verifying against Delinquent BSR Report and notifying attorneys of outstanding BSR's; Assisting attorneys with billing questions and requests. Must be proficient with Excel, Word, and Data Entry. Experience with Elite or CMS is preferred! Email resume as a word attachment to Paris.
