Skills / Experience:
? Minimum 2 years experience in accounting/bookkeeping.
? Experience with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll and taxes, Collections, Business Taxes and Financial Statements.
? Must be proficient with Quickbooks, Excel, Word and have great communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:
? Ensure that all data is entered into quickbooks correctly and reconciled as to ensure that the financial reports are accurate.
? Track all sales / income for different divisions of our company and be able to give real time data as to profit or loss of each division individually as well as the company as a whole real time.
? Weekly financial analysis reports for all divisions and companies.
? Work with CPA in order to ensure that we are able to manage the business from financial tax stand point and that the CPA receives all information needed in a timely manner.
? Works with CPA to ensure that we are able to have a full quarterly review of all businesses from a tax standpoint.
? Managing and being responsible for all tasks related to the financial health of the company and working closely with CPA.
