BOOKKEEPER / ACCOUNTANT

Johnson Keland Management has a unique opportunity for a full-time bookkeeper/accountant with additional human resources responsibilities.  (The title of this position is Client Representative / HR Administrator.) This position is responsible for maintaining an accurate and current general ledger for clients and their related entities. The position also coordinates the clients? personal finances, insurance, taxes, and related matters. Additionally, this position provides HR support in the areas of recruitment, compensation and a variety of special projects.

 

Candidates will have 5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience, strong computer skills, excellent organization skills and detail-orientation. Effective verbal and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills are also required. A degree in accounting is preferred. HR experience including entry level recruiting is desirable, but not required.
