Gates Rubber Company has an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst in our Accounting Division. You will be assisting in the design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of Oracle AR and FileNet applications for the Credit, Invoicing/Accounts Receivable department. Other key duties include leading new development efforts by defining/documenting business requirements, developing, documenting and executing tests, and training end users. Will handle system maintenance and review setup changes, technical procedural inquiries, and all scheduled and ad hoc reporting.

Requirements:

BS/BA in Business or Computer Science or equivalent experience in related area.Three to five years related experience.Experience working with or developing applications utilizing relational databases a plus.Ability to read and write SQL basic code.Familiarity with Oracle Discoverer reporting tools.Experience/familiarity with Oracle 11i A/R module preferred.Experience with projects and business analysis as it pertains to computerized accounting systems and associated processes required.Strong working knowledge of personal computers, networks and client-server applications.Familiarity with accounting procedures.
