BUSINESS ANALYST

In October 2006, we are opening the doors of our newest community, Maris Grove, in Glen Mills, PA.  We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to serve as the key financial support to the Financial Director (FD) and Community Executive Management Team.

The Business Analyst is the sole professional with responsibility to assist the FD in the following areas for the Community: Establish and maintain comprehensive accounting controls and efficient proceduresReview and analysis of all financial reports, to support the financial needs of operations, assist the internal audit and compliance functionsAssist in identification and resolution of business and enterprise risksAssist in the establish policies and procedures for financial operations. Assist the FD in facilitating the process for generating a logical and meaningful business plan and quarterly updates.

The Business Analyst will be the key contact with central services in the preparation of financial reporting and accounting functions. BS/BA in Accounting/Business Analyst required.4 to 6 years in related/similar industry. Healthcare and/or internal audit experience preferred. CPA a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.Must have the ability to establish effective working relationships with all levels of management and staff. Critical thinking ability required. Must be able to evaluate and solve complex problems and issues.
