Senior Benefits Consultant

Location: Mclean, Va.

Performance Profile:

· Lead the day to day administration of the Company sponsored 401(k); Non-qualified Deferred Compensation Programs; Employee Stock Purchase Program in an outsourced model
· Manage day to day vendor relationships
· Serve as the lead for various audit processes
· Serve as subject matter expert for the programs above and provide recommendations for benefits and procedures
· Support other various health and welfare initiatives and renewals
· Lead escalated employee issues regarding Benefit plans
· Assist with the oversight of International Benefits programs
· Maintain benefits websites for 24 countries
· Participate in benefits surveys and benchmarking studies
· Assist with special projects to support other benefits programs

Basic Qualifications:

· 2-3 years experience in benefits
· At least 2 years experience with COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, and other federal/state regulations related to benefit plans.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree
· CEBS coursework
· Retirement plan experience a plus
